I work in a gentle, curious way, taking time to think about what is feeling difficult and how you can move forwards with more clarity.

In psychodynamic therapy, we think together about current difficulties in your life and also about your early life experiences, making links and connections between past and present.

I offer a space to slow down, pause and reflect, supporting you to connect more deeply with yourself and what you want from your life.
